Visiting Hours

We are Open 24hrs Daily,
But Our Visiting Hours are limited to the following:

1st Visit: 10:00am to 12:00pm
2nd Visit: 16:30pm to 18:30pm

Special Care Nursery / Neonatal Unit (NNU)

No visitors allowed except for the parents.

To ensure a comfortable and safe environment, we kindly ask all visitors to adhere to the visiting hours.

Please note that only two visitors are allowed at the patient's bedside at a time. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Visitors Guidelines

Visitors are an essential part of our patients' experience and are welcome at Mater Dei Hospital. While we work diligently to help patients stay connected to their loved ones, we must also ensure that both visitors and our patients are safe. We appreciate your cooperation.

  • Visit patients during regular hospital hours. 
  • Have a maximum of TWO (2) visitor per bedside at a time. 
  • Please cooperate with all requests from hospital staff. 
  • No smoking.
  • Children under 12yrs of age are not allowed in the hospital as visitors.
  • Safeguard your valuables, such as purses.
  • Protect and respect the privacy of all patients. 
  • Be sensitive to the patient's condition (& their roommate's) & limit the visit accordingly.
  • Speak quietly and help limit noise. 
  • Do not bring any electrical appliances into the hospital.
  • Check whether cellphone use is permitted in your area, as they may interfere with medical equipment.
  • Follow staff instructions in times of emergency or special alert
  • Be aware that Mater Dei Hospital reserves the right to inspect bags & packages being brought into or removed from its premises.
